While it\u2019s a wonderful moment to come together and share news of the day, it\u2019s not the only game in town. Between school activities, sports and various work schedules, every family can define the table time that works for them.<\/p>\n<p>For as long as I can remember, breakfast has been my favorite meal. It represents a peaceful moment before the rush of the day begins. Even now, I can remember waking up to the smell of breakfast on Saturday morning. Everyone was still groggy, but laughter filled the air and traditions were born. Even in college, I could count on coming home for the weekend, with some of my fondest memories surrounding a return to Saturday morning breakfast. It might be a simple event, but it\u2019s a tradition I will continue to carry on from one generation the next.<\/p>\n<p>The meal will vary for every family: for some it might be Sunday supper or a Tuesday lunch.
