Grab and Go Snacks for the Spring

The sun is shining and spring is here. With the weather warming up, you’re probably noticing your calendars filling up, too. Spring is a busy time and with the kids’ outdoor activities starting up here are three healthy grab and go snack ideas for the whole family!

1. Ants on a log: this quick and healthy snack is fun for the kids and provides the necessary energy to get them through those evening practices. Spread the peanut butter onto celery sticks and then place the raisins (ants) across the peanut butter filled celery (log).

3. Hummus with Veggies: this super healthy snack is great to always have on hand. There are many different flavors of hummus to choose from and many different veggie combinations. It’s also easy to pack up to give to the kids.
