Together Counts™ is committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from and about you as a visitor to Together Counts’ website (the “Site”). TOGETHER COUNTS, or a third party service provider acting on our behalf (“Service Provider”), collects personal information from you only when you request information from us or otherwise contact us. In addition, in the event that Together Counts or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your information may be one of the transferred assets. We will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Any information you may disclose in public areas of the Site, such as on message boards, blogs, or wikis, etc, becomes public information. Please exercise caution when disclosing personal information in these public areas.

From time to time, Together Counts and a partner may jointly promote services or provide information. In these situations, Together Counts may provide the partner with certain personal information (such as contact information of the Site visitors who participated in the joint promotion), for the exclusive purpose of implementing the promotion and allowing Together Counts and its partner to assess the results of the promotion. The partner may not use the information for any other purpose.

Together Counts may partner with third parties to provide services and information to you. Such third parties are not our service providers. This means that the information that you submit to the third party (or that the third party collects from you in connection with the service or information) is subject to the third party’s own privacy policy.

The Site may have links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the practices of such sites.

While we make every effort to help ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee our security measures.
